MMIA will be working on a repair in the district today. The below streets and potentially surrounding areas will be out of water for around 6-8 hours today.
Streets will include Mill Ridge Drive, Regency Oak Drive, Regency Forest Drive, Brigid Place, Regency Pine & Regency Ash.
If you are without water, please know that we are aware and are working to make repairs as quickly as possible.

MMIA is aware of a water line break in your area. If you live on the listed streets, you will experience a water outage. Our crew is onsite and working to repair the issue as quickly as possible.

New Billing System and Online Customer Portal Now Live!
MMIA, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful transition to Starnik’s billing system and the launch of our new online customer portal.
Please watch for an email on Thursday, December 4, 2025 around 1pm, from WaterDistrict-MMIA@starnik.net with instructions to create an account on the online portal. The email will provide an encrypted security code only provided via the “register now” link or on your bill. Please note, your “register now” link is unique to your account and cannot be shared for others to enroll.
If you were previously enrolled in automatic payments, please note that you will need to make this month’s payment manually and reenroll for automatic payments through the new portal.
