New Billing System and Online Customer Portal Now Live!

MMIA, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful transition to Starnik’s billing system and the launch of our new online customer portal.

Please watch for an email on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 10 am, from WaterDistrict-MMIA@starnik.net with instructions to create an account on the online portal. The email will provide an encrypted security code only provided via the “register now” link or on your bill. Please note, your “register now” link is unique to your account and cannot be shared for others to enroll.

If you were previously enrolled in automatic payments, please note that you will need to make this month’s payment manually and reenroll for automatic payments through the new portal.
